Our father who art in the Joe. Hockey be thy name. Thy will be done. The cup will be won. On ice, as well as in the stands. Give us this day our hockey sticks. And forgive us our penalties as we forgive those who cross-check against us Lead us not into elimination. But deliver us to victory.... {So much to do, yet so bored}

I'm off of work this week because we are on Spring Break. WOOHOO!  Although, waking up to a couple inches of SNOW made it feel more like a winter break.  Austin has again left for work out of town.  Now I'm stuck at home all week wondering what to do to keep myself busy, to avoid going crazy, lol.  


I think I will tackle the 2nd bedroom and paint it this week.  Although I still need to finalize my colors, that will for sure be a productive task for me to complete this week.  Going out in a few hours to watch the Red Wings in the play-offs, *fingers crossed they win*  Maybe I will take some before and after pics of the room to post.....

{Sad, yet Productive Sunday}

My day started on a sad note.  Austin had to leave for work out of town :(  I knew he would be, but still, seeing him pack made it real.  After he left, I chose to make myself busy.  Started the laundry, cleaned the family room, living room, and kitchen.  I plan to get the bedrooms and baths done during the week.  I even got creative and cooked chicken parmesan for dinner!!!  That is a huge accomplishment for me, lol!!!


Friday and Saturday were awesome.  My friends from Ohio were in town, so I spent as much time with them as possible.  Went out drinking Friday night.  Had breakfast at Ram's horn on Saturday.  Went to the park during the day and ended the night drinking (again, lol) at the Pub. It was so great to see them, its been a few months.  I'm even thinking about making a trip to see them next week when I'm on break!!!
